The Outcome

A robust partnership. We achieved success on our first project, where we rebuilt a legacy app (and in record time too!) which was the outcome of a previous partnership. Since then, we’ve become the company’s tech partners and completed +10 projects (and counting!) ranging from areas like Quality Assurance, Data, to Development and more. Our elastic dedicated team has grown by 5x and we work completely embedded into their operations as long-term partners.

Our client is revolutionizing the mortgage industry by simplifying transactions for end-users. Despite its forward-thinking mission, the company was being held back by outdated systems and applications. Recognizing this as a crucial obstacle, we partnered with the company in November 2020 to bring our technical expertise in a way that would help them reach their full potential, and have been collaborating since. Upon our initial evaluation, we identified several areas for improvement within the company. Unfortunately, many of these issues had been previously attempted to be addressed by other tech partners, resulting in incomplete projects, disconnected information, and general inconvenience. Our evaluation revealed a significant opportunity for us to become a trusted technology partner. This includes migrating existing structures and replacing deprecated technologies as well as introducing new products we envisioned could deliver important benefits and value to the company. This implies a deep understanding of their company, their technological assets and needs, and creating solutions that are not only customized but that seamlessly integrate and blend into their existing structure. And of course, this is accompanied by constant support to guarantee lasting, top-quality solutions.

As our expertise and value shone through, the client entrusted us with more responsibilities and expanded our team. Today, our team makes up 20% of their engineering and data team and works seamlessly with them, as we've grown to five times the size of our original team. Our team's expansion allowed us to bring in a diverse set of tech expertise, which helped us deliver clever solutions across a wide range of areas. Currently, we are working on 5+ simultaneous projects, most of which include multidisciplinary teams. We've grown from handling specific tasks to being responsible for creating new products from scratch, and even assisting in selecting, onboarding and retaining tech talent.
